HUNTSVILLE, ARKANSAS - A Northwest Arkansas couple is using it's first amendment rights, and neighbor's aren't too happy.
James and Linda Vandiver own the Faubus Motel on Highway 23 in downtown Huntsville. They removed an American flag and replaced it with a Confederate battle flag after the presidential election.
Neighbors say it's in protest of Barack Obama's new role in the White House. But, the owner of the motel wouldn't say exactly why he put the flag up. Huntsville's mayor says while it's a hot-button issue, the motel has done nothing illegal.
